Manitou Island
This was an alternate design for the space that became the Cedar River Terminal. We had been playing around with a car ferry between two rooms of a house we thought we were going to buy. When we bought this house instead, we were still thinking car ferry for awhile but decided we'd rather focus on getting a bunch of big industries into the space available.
